Does your athlete look like they are carrying a bag of rocks on their back trying to run to first base? Want to see your athlete get out of the box and down the line quicker and more effectively?
Come and learn proper mechanics of running to first base out of the box, and stealing bases.
This training will have detailed focus on how to accelerate properly with the most efficient technique and power for baseball and softball players.
For ages 7-14 yrs.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
ALL ATHLETES WILL BE TESTED IN A 15 YARD DASH AND STANDING LONG JUMP ON THE FIRST AND LAST SESSIONS TO MEASURE IMPROVEMENTS
In the sessions you should expect to improve your speed/acceleration, footwork, technique/form, balance, change of direction, power/explosiveness, core and more. You should expect to leave the sessions a better athlete than you were, and then continue to build upon your newly found improvements and athleticism; gaining ground over your competition. Now is the time to train, work and gain an advantage over your competition!
